As a former athlete, Caitlin understands firsthand the pressures, setbacks, and challenges that come with pursuing excellence in sport. Her experiences navigating injury, performance demands, and life beyond competition inspired her passion for helping others strengthen the mental side of performance.

Through Altius, Caitlin helps athletes build confidence, resilience, focus, and psychological flexibility so they can perform with greater freedom, purpose, and consistency, both in sport and in life.

 WHO WE WORK WITH.

At Altius Mind & Performance, we believe performance is shaped not only by the athlete, but also by the people and environments that support them. Our services are designed to help athletes thrive while equipping parents, coaches, and teams with the tools to foster growth, resilience, and performance.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

At Altius Mind & Performance, our mission is to help athletes thrive in sport and life by developing the psychological flexibility, resilience, and self-awareness needed to perform under pressure while staying connected to what matters most.

 OUR CORE BELIEFS.

Altius Mind & Performance DOES NOT offer clinical mental health treatment, therapy, or crisis support. But we stand firmly for mental health and regularly refer clients to licensed professionals when deeper care is needed.

If you’re struggling, help is out there and we’re always here to support you in finding it.

WE SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH.
